Rising right next to the Financial Center between Ataşehir and Umraniye, this project provides you with the privileges and advantages of living in the city center. At this project residents will have time for themselves instead of spending it all day stuck in Istanbul’s infamous traffic.
Residents will be within walking distance of the Financial Center, which is 800 meters away, as well as the metro station, bus stops, Ataşehir, and the Nezahat Gökyiğit Botanical Garden, which is one of the biggest botanical gardens in Turkey. One can also easily reach the European Side and airports thanks to the project’s proximity to the main arterial roads and bridges.
The project was architecturally designed to focus on environmentalism. The building is positioned in such a way that all homes benefit from solar energy to the greatest extent possible. Thanks to its architectural structure, the building has the capacity to meet service standards by exerting less effort.
