About this project

A mixed-use project with a futuristic architecture rises at the starting point of Media Highway. This project is a unique concept in Istanbul – medical apartments. With one block dedicated as a 600 bed major private hospital, the other block is designed as medical apartments. The ground level is arranged as a much needed open air mall.

This is a work and live space designed to serve the heavy national and international medical tourism. 83 medical apartments are projected to serve the hospital with a high demand for basic medical procedures. The apartments are designed to meet the needs of one patient and carer.

The neighbourhood, known as Sefakoy, is part of the Kucukcekmece district. The district is renowned for its private schools, hospitals and landmark residences. The Sefakoy metrobus is already in walking distance, which runs traffic free to the city centre. In addition the M2 Taksim metro line is to be extended to Sefakoy, and of course the fantastic Marmaray already serves the region at Kucukcekmece.

The land vacated by the airport will be converted to Istanbul’s new “national park”, and this complex will enjoy easy access to the park, located as it is directly opposite. In addition, one side of this project is the Media Highway and the other side is facing the E5 motorway making it an excellent location.

Its central location makes it possible to reach each side of the city in a short time. You can reach the other end of the city in just a few minutes thanks to the metrobus passing right in front of it. It’s also just a minute away from the new metro interchange, which makes it an excellent convenience.
