Taking its place in Sultangazi, the complex of 73,000 square metres will inevitably transform a historically working-class region of Istanbul. In addition to residences, the project includes a hotel and a shopping centre.
The mall in the project will include cafes, restaurants, shops and over 270 stores to meet the daily needs of residents and the neighbourhood.
Interiors are designed to maximise internal space and balconies provide space to enjoy the outdoors. Internal landscaping will ensure plenty of green space for children to enjoy. However, the region is dotted with both large and small parks, as well as a city forest within the 5-minute drive for weekend barbeques.
Sultangazi is a traditionally working-class region of Istanbul. It is indeed bustling due to its strategic location just 10 minutes from the business district (in Levent) and 20 minutes from Taksim by car. Its local amenities are widespread with a significant state hospital as well as private hospitals and schools. Several malls already serve the region as well, including the massive Mall of Istanbul, which is only 10 minutes away.
Its location has gained further importance, with the new airport just 20 minutes to the north, and the new northern Marmara Highway and 3rd bridge access within minutes.
