Located in Kartal, atop a hill, this project is made up of just 300 apartments on a large 21,000 sqm of land. Its position ensures that all apartments and even the gardens have incredible views over the Prince’s Islands and Marmara sea.

The project is made up of floor blocks with 23 floors, three of which are designed as residential and one office block. A hotel is planned directly parallel to the project by the same developer. The compound will be stuffed with facilities for all the family to enjoy. Day to day amenities are enhanced by a mall and Anpa Gross Hypermarket.

Every floor and every flat from the ground to the top has a view of the sea and the Islands, whilst some flats have a double-sided view. In the project, the planning of social facilities was made in order to reduce the maintenance fees to minimum levels. To ensure a family environment, one bed apartments were not built.

Located at the intersection of E5, TEM highway link road and the coastal link road, the location is a key part of the commercial transformation of the region from warehouses to business district. The compound is a few minutes walk from the Soganlik metro station which serves the M5 metro to Kadikoy. One can ride uninterrupted by metro from the project to the Old city, Taksim, Nisantasi, and almost all famous Istanbul landmarks.

The neighborhood has undergone heavy regeneration, alongside public investment in the historic Baghdad railway line – a train line that offers access super fast access to the famous landmarks of Istanbul – Bagdat Street, Sultanahmet, Taksim, all within 10-30 mins.

Kartal itself is a fantastic district, and pencilled in by the government as a “business zone” of Istanbul. The E5 offers offices, malls and many other modern amenities. The coastal park is a superb getaway from stress. One of Istanbul’s most well-known shopping and leisure avenues, Bagdat Avenue, and the vibrant Marina, offering an exceptional variety of boutiques and restaurants, just minutes away.
