No. Second Home Care is for owner-occupied apartments and villas that need local oversight while the owner is away. The scope is agreed around the property and the level of support you require.
Lettings Only is for finding, screening and establishing the tenant. Full Management keeps Pera involved after move-in as the local contact for the ongoing tenancy, property issues and tenant communication.
