The new regulation primarily affects rentals of 100 days or fewer. Rentals exceeding 100 days are not included in this scope, meaning they are exempt from the new law’s obligations. However, such rentals must still comply with existing rental laws and standard lease agreements.

One crucial aspect of the new regulation involves short-term apartment rentals. To rent apartments for a short period, unanimous approval from all property owners in the building is required.
