Pera Property is a British-Turkish consultancy firm, providing real estate advice & services in the Istanbul new build market. Our team of 20+ international colleagues are all bilingual, and the working environment is not a typical Turkish office.

Pera Property is seeking an experienced Marketing director to take full responsibility of our Marketing and advertising operation. This is a full time job with a market leading salary.

The ideal candidate would be fluent in English and Turkish and have good knowledge of the following:

• Digital advertising (Meta/Google);
• All Adobe software;
• Social media campaigns.

The successful candidate would be responsible for the following:

• Using Meta and Google for advertising and lead generation;
• Prepare social media marketing campaigns;
• Take existing marketing material and create material unique to Pera;
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation activities;
• Keeping track of trends and opportunities in the target markets;
• Keeping up to date with industry best practices and monitoring PPC activities of competitor websites;
• Monitoring of digital performance KPIs and preparing action lists for increasing performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English and Turkish language skills,
• A relevant University degree
• Demonstrable experience of the above responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of Social media applications including Google, Meta, Linkedin etc.
• Has the necessary technical knowledge for the tools which are provided in house.
• Detailed oriented, well organised, open to innovation, creative, and problem solver

The successful candidate must be willing to take on knowledge of the Istanbul new build property marketing at a fast pace.

All required software, hardware, and knowledge is provided in house.

Note This is a full time office based position. Remote working is not possible.
