Apartment compound in the heart of the forests of Zekeriyakoy

A quick guide to Zekeriyakoy

Zekeri̇yaköy is a forest area in northern Sariyer developed in the last 20 years. Made up of mainly forest, all construction has been limited to 3.5 stories, and utilising a maximum of 25% of any plot. All villas have been constructed in accordance with Earthquake construction laws.
