Bosphorus family apartments atop the historic Camlica hill

Uskudar, a historic part of Istanbul, famous for the maiden tower and the incredible views across the Bosphorous – the historic and UNESCO protected views.

This project combines modernity with the traditional. The architects have immersed themselves in historic Bosphorous mansions, and take inspiration in designing this complex. The compound sits atop the historic Camlica hill, with views across Uskudar to the north. A low rise neighbourhood of max 4 floors means views are eternally open and look across the protected lush forestry of the Bosphorus straight.

With apartments from two beds to five bed penthouses, the project is unique in Uskudar.  Landscaping will bring together hundreds of different plant varieties inspired by the positive energy of nature.

The business district is within 10 minutes, by boat or by car – take your pick. Uskudar transport interchange is just 5 minutes away, for the Marmaray high speed train, metro line or boats to pretty much any part of Istanbul. The new M5 metro line opened in 2018, offering residents easy access to all parts of Anatolian Istanbul. A major undertaking which took 5 years to build, it is currently being extended to Sabiha Gokcen airport, by 2020. The new Camlica metro is planned and under construction and will provide easy access to the major metro interchange at Altunizade by the end of 2023.
