Kagithane continues to develop apace, as the prime favourite of Istanbul’s new age middle classes. Kicked off with the huge Vadi Istanbul mall and Skyland complex, this quarter of Kagithane is now rapidly developing its “Silicon valley” name tag.

The investment of Sheraton shows the growing confidence in the region as a self sustaining business zone in its own right. Boosted by its proximity to the new airport metro and the city centre metro line, the middle classes have invested heavily in the region. The complex is made up of four wide blocks of 11 floors each.
