Located in Kartal, atop a hill, this project is made up of just 300 apartments on a large 21,000 sqm of land. Its position ensures that all apartments and even the gardens have incredible views over the Prince’s Islands and Marmara sea.

The project is made up of floor blocks with 23 floors, three of which are designed as residential and one office block. A hotel is planned directly parallel to the project by the same developer.
